Why this filter coffee machine earns its place
The Marco SP9 DE595 is a precision brewer for sites that want filter coffee to feel deliberate, not like an afterthought. It is built around single-serve brewing, making it a strong fit for cup-by-cup menus where flavour, presentation and repeatability matter.
Instead of locking the operator into one vessel height, the SP9 uses a magnetic recipient holder that can be removed and adjusted to suit the pour-over brewing device being used. Marco states that it is compatible with most manual pour-over devices, sold separately, so the brewer can sit at the centre of a chosen filter method rather than replacing it with something generic.
The undercounter boiler keeps the main brew area cleaner. The head stays on the working deck while the boiler is planned below, giving a neater customer-facing counter and leaving the operator focused on the coffee rather than kettle management.
