Why this filter coffee machine earns its place
The DC683 is the right-hand single-container version of Bravilor's B40 bulk brewer. It suits operators who need the speed and batch size of the B40 platform, but want one large removable urn rather than the wider twin-container arrangement.
The brewer makes 40 litres of coffee per batch. That gives a strong fit for breakfast service, banqueting, catered meetings and any planned refreshment window where a small brewer would be caught constantly trying to recover.
Once brewed, coffee sits in the 40 litre VHG container. The container is removable, double-walled and electrically heated, so it can be taken from the brewer to the service area while keeping coffee warm and protecting its aromatic flavour. The right-hand urn layout also gives a clear choice for sites comparing left, right and twin-container Bravilor configurations.
