The Bravilor B40 is built for serious batch coffee service. This is not a small counter brewer for occasional top-ups; it is a round filter machine for venues that need roast and ground coffee available in quantity, with two large containers ready to move coffee from the brew point to wherever service is happening.
Each brew fills one of the large removable urns, and the twin-container format gives the DC684 80 litres of coffee holding capacity. One container can support a serving point while the other is in rotation. For hotels, conference centres and event operators, that split matters: it helps separate production from service instead of forcing every queue back to the brewer.
The containers are removable, double-walled and electrically heated. That means the brewer can make coffee centrally, then the urns can be carried to guest areas, buffets or remote service points while keeping coffee warm and protecting aroma. The adjustable brewing time gives scope to tune extraction for the coffee being used rather than treating every batch as identical.
