Why this filter coffee machine earns its place
The Buffalo CW305 is the classic front-of-house filter coffee setup: brew into a glass jug, keep coffee ready on hotplates, and serve without making every cup from scratch. It is made for pubs, cafes and hotels that want fresh filter coffee available quickly in a format staff already understand.
Manual fill is the important operational point. There is no plumbing requirement, so the brewer can be placed where service needs it: a breakfast counter, small cafe bar, hotel beverage station or staff refreshment area. Buffalo describes the design as stylish enough for front of house, with stainless steel construction that is easy to clean after service.
The machine brews 1.7Ltr of coffee in less than 6 minutes and has a brew-in-progress indicator so staff can see when a batch is underway. Two individually switched hotplates keep coffee ready to serve, and because they are switched separately, teams can run the station at the level the moment demands.
