The Santos Barista Silent 55WA is made for espresso bars that want the grinder close to the customer without making it the loudest thing on the counter. It is fast, powerful and deliberately quiet, giving front-of-house teams a consistent grind while keeping the service area calmer.
The grinder is fully automatic in use. Place the filter holder beneath the dispenser and the Santos 55 detects it, then dispenses the precise dose for one or two espressos directly into the holder. There is no dosing chamber holding stale coffee back; the coffee is ground and dispensed directly, which is exactly what you want when freshness matters.
Santos positions this model for use alongside one, two or three group espresso machines. The large coffee bean hopper supports busy service, while variable grind adjustment lets the barista tune the grind to the coffee, the machine and the shot. A single dose is dispensed in less than a second, so the grinder can keep pace when the queue builds.
