The CZ790 is a compact polished stainless InstaTap G2 for sites that want fixed boiling-water service without a counter-top boiler taking up working space. The boiler installs below the counter and feeds the included font, giving the user a clean dispense point while keeping the service area uncluttered.
Instanta lists this model with a 5Ltr capacity, 21Ltr/hr output and a 20 minute heat-up time. Electronic control keeps the water at a constant temperature up to 96 degrees C, and the automatic re-circulating mode is designed to stop drinks being made with under-temperature water after quieter periods.
