The BLIZZARD MF20 is a practical hot-water urn for service points that need dependable volume without the commitment of a plumbed-in boiler. It sits neatly between a small counter urn and a larger event boiler, giving caterers, halls and refreshment stations a straightforward way to keep hot water ready for tea, coffee and general drinks service.
The body is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen here for durability in regular catering use. At 4.5 kg gross weight, with handles specified by the manufacturer, it is still a manageable piece of kit to move between prep, counter and storage when the service layout changes.
The MF20 can hold up to 16.5 litres of water. Adjustable thermostat temperature control up to 100°C gives staff control over the heat setting, while the water level indicator makes it easier to see when the urn needs topping up during service.
