Why this under counter water dispenser earns its place
The Instanta G2 InstaTap in matt black is for sites that want boiling and chilled water on demand without placing a bulky boiler on the counter. The working parts sit below the counter, while the font gives staff or users a clean front-of-house dispense point. It is a neat fit for staff rooms, restaurants, bars and higher-spec refreshment areas where the water station needs to look as considered as the rest of the space.
Instanta builds this model around simple, controlled dispense. Illuminating buttons make the interface easy to read, and the two pour options let users choose measured dispense or free pouring. The manufacturer also highlights smooth flow water dispense and an anti-spatter dispensing system, both useful details when people are filling cups, teapots, jugs or bottles through a busy service period.
The system dispenses boiling and chilled water, with the manufacturer describing a 20 litre output and chilled water to around 10 degrees C. The package includes the font, undercounter boiler, installation kit and filter, and a ventilation kit is included for enclosed cupboard spaces. That makes the CZ799 more of a complete water station package than a bare boiler that still needs every supporting part specified separately.
