Why this water filter earns its place
The BRITA Purity Quell ST 600 CU295 is a replacement cartridge only, intended for the Purity Quell ST 600 Kit, item code CU293. It is the straightforward service replacement for sites that already have the kit installed and need to renew the cartridge rather than change the whole system.
BRITA's filtration technology is designed to remove many impurities from the water that can impair taste and quality, including calcium, magnesium, lead and copper. For coffee, tea and hot-drinks service, that gives the water treatment a clear purpose: support better product quality and keep the drink as consistent as the ingredients and machine allow.
The cartridge also helps prevent the build-up of limescale, which BRITA notes can damage vital kitchen appliances. In a commercial setting, scale can mean avoidable service calls, inconsistent performance and more time spent dealing with equipment problems, so a correct replacement cartridge is part of keeping the setup in working order.
