The Victor HD40TT2 is a warming drawer built for counter space and speed. Sit it on a prep table or front counter, load two full-size gastronorm containers — hot rolls, sandwiches, pies, whatever your menu is — and it keeps them at perfect serving temperature whilst you handle the rush. The blown-air heating system maintains even warmth without drying food out, so hot savoury items stay fresh and appealing.
At 65–95°C, you've got range enough for different foods. Load it in the morning with prepped items and it'll hold them all day, or fill it fresh for lunch service. Each drawer holds two GN1/1 containers at 65mm depth, standard gastronorm sizing, so it fits into any kitchen that already has that kit. Electronic temperature control means you set it and forget it.
The stainless-steel construction is compact — 440mm high, 405mm wide, 680mm deep — and at 32kg it's genuinely portable for a warming drawer. 240V plug connection, 500W draw. Two years' warranty covers parts and labour.
