Why this food warming drawer earns its place
Some foods don't stack. Bacon curls, sausages still in their roll, fresh pastries—they need individual care to stay at selling temperature without drying or toughening. The Hatco warming drawer is built for exactly this problem: three separate drawers, each with its own thermostatic control and adjustable sliding vents, so bacon and rolls stay perfect while sausages warm at a different temperature a drawer below.
The split-drawer design (1.5 wide on top, split on bottom, or however it ships) means you're not fighting a single hot spot. Adjust each drawer's temperature to the food inside. Open a vent to let moisture escape if something's steaming too hard, close it if you need more humidity. The adjustable vents give you real control over how fast or slow your stock warms.
It's freestanding, 733mm deep and 914mm tall, so it fits naturally into a kitchen line. Weighs 53 kg loaded, so plan for solid flooring but no special installation. The included food pan, temperature monitor, and on/off control mean you've got everything you need for safe holding without guesswork.
