Why this food warming drawer earns its place
This is the tool for kitchens that need to hold multiple components separately: one drawer holds plated mains, another holds sides, a third holds sauces, and a fourth stays empty or holds a backup service. Four drawers at 150mm depth each means you're not mixing hot air between services or stacking plates inefficiently. Each drawer heats independently, so your starter plates don't overdry while you're waiting on the main course to finish in the adjacent drawer.
The HD61 slides under 600mm-wide counter sections, which is the standard width of most pass furniture. At 790mm tall, it fits comfortably next to or under existing equipment. Victor specified 1000W heating to maintain temperature across all four drawers simultaneously without lag or cold cycles. Stainless steel build handles the constant opening and closing that drawer-style equipment takes.
This is a 2-year parts and labour warranty machine, with optional extended warranty (parts-only) for year three. It's built to work, not to be replaced.
