Why this hot plate earns its place
The HT638 sits in the middle of Cossiga's longer Linear drop-in hotplate options: wide enough for a substantial service run, but not as long as the largest version. It gives you a broad heated ceramic glass surface for pans and trays of pre-cooked hot food, keeping roasted vegetables, meats and other dishes ready to serve while still looking good on the counter.
This is a hotplate for a built-in foodservice line. The drop-in format keeps the counter clean and purposeful, with access from both sides for staff-led service or self-service layouts. It is a better fit for permanent counters than a loose warmer when the display has to be part of the customer experience.
Above the ceramic glass deck, the gantry uses halogen lighting to lift the look of the food. This version is specified with no glass, so the presentation is open and accessible rather than screened. Digital thermostatic control keeps heat management simple for the team during service.
