The Roller Grill HD800 is the smaller white serve-over cabinet in this Roller Grill heated-display family, built for sites that need proper front-of-house hot presentation without the footprint of the HD1200. It is made for hot savoury products such as pies, pasties, quiche and pizza, giving staff a neat way to display ready-to-serve food where customers can actually see it.
The design puts visibility first. Glass panels at the front, sides, rear and top create a panoramic cabinet rather than a one-direction display, and white LED corner lighting helps keep the contents bright and appetising. In the white finish, the HD800 sits naturally in cafés, bakeries and delicatessens with lighter counters or clean bakery-style schemes.
Roller Grill specifies a 2/1GN display area plus two sturdy glass shelves. That gives the cabinet a practical tiered layout for a focused hot range: enough separation to merchandise different savouries clearly, without committing to the larger 3/1GN HD1200 model.
