The Roller Grill HD1200 is for front-of-house counters that need a serious hot savoury display, not just a small warmer tucked beside the till. In this black version, it gives cafés, bakeries, snack bars and delicatessens a broad, polished cabinet for presenting products such as pies, pasties, quiche and pizza.
The cabinet is built around visibility. Glass panels to the front, sides, rear and top create the panoramic display Roller Grill describes, with white LED corner lighting helping the food stay bright and easy to read. The black finish gives the HD1200 a strong outline on the counter, useful where the cabinet needs to look like a deliberate merchandising point.
Compared with the HD800, the HD1200 steps up to a 3/1GN display area. Roller Grill also specifies two sturdy glass shelves, giving the cabinet a wide tiered layout for larger hot-food ranges or for separating products cleanly across the display.
