Why this hot plate earns its place
The HT636 is for foodservice lines where hot dishes need to stay visible, orderly and ready to serve. Its heated ceramic glass surface gives you a broad, clean display area for pans and trays of pre-cooked food, from roasted vegetables to meats and other hot counter staples.
Because it is a drop-in unit, the Cossiga Linear hotplate sits as part of the counter rather than looking like an appliance placed on top of it. That matters in assisted-service runs, deli counters and self-service areas where the food needs to face the customer properly and the operator still needs practical access from the other side.
The ceramic glass top is controlled by a digital thermostat, so staff can set the unit and keep the line moving without fiddly manual adjustment. Above the hotplate, the gantry carries halogen lighting with no glass barrier, giving the food a brighter, more immediate presentation while keeping the display open and easy to work.
