The HFG9-2 is the balanced choice. At 1200 mm tall and 900 mm wide, it gives you two generous glass shelves with under-lit LED: enough capacity for serious volume without needing the space commitment of a three-tier. The flat double-glazed glass is clear and doesn't distort — what you see is what customers get. The LED under-lighting on each shelf makes your hot food glow warm in ways that static lighting cannot.
Two shelves, both adjustable in height, means you can balance portions and visibility. Load the bottom shelf heavy with whole products (rotisserie, joints, baked goods), and use the top shelf for the eye-catch items and ready-packed meals. The digital controller holds the temperature — +66 to +90 °C — stable across both shelves with no manual intervention. Stainless steel inside and out, double-glazed glass that won't fog, and the same removable shelf and door system as the larger unit.
Rear double sliding doors and removable glass make cleaning a job of seconds. The four low-profile castors let you position it precisely once, and the rear venting means it fits into a corner, against a wall, or as a built-in drop-in.
