Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The FC4-S is Falcon's big servery counter: everything the FC3-P does, but wider and with more volume. Four glass hot tops instead of three, and eight Gastronorm containers in the holding chamber instead of six. For kitchens running consistent high volume—a busy carvery at lunch, a hotel function suite at dinner, or a school kitchen feeding hundreds—this is the unit that keeps pace without strain.
The full-height glass sneeze guard wraps three sides (front and sides), paired with overhead lamps that warm food and improve visibility. It's more enclosed than a three-top unit, which matters in a busy open kitchen where you want food protected from splashes and drafts. Below, the fan-assisted chamber keeps all eight containers at even temperature. Like the FC3-P, each circuit (gantry, hot tops, cupboard) has its own control, so you're not heating empty space during slower service.
Built from stainless steel and tempered glass, it's robust enough for the constant rotation of a high-volume counter. The four castors—two braked—let you position it precisely; once locked in place, it's a solid fixture for service. It arrives on a standard 13A plug with a 2.5 m cable.
