Why this salad bar earns its place
The Roller Grill Heated Salad Bar Light puts your most appealing food on display where customers see it. At 1370 mm tall with 1445 mm width, it commands attention on the shop floor or café counter. The upper zone is heated and illuminated — your hot items (soups, grains, prepared dishes) sit in gastronorm containers under warm lights that make colour and texture visible and appetizing. Temperature runs from ambient up to 90°C, so you hold hot food safely whilst displaying it beautifully. The lower section is an open shelf for chilled items — salads, cold sides, anything that benefits from a cool display.
Both the hot and cold zones are built to hold containers up to 150 mm deep, sized for standard 1/1 gastronorm pans. The tray slides on each side let customers or staff load and reload containers smoothly. At 83 kg and fitted with two locking castors, the whole unit rolls silently across a tiled café floor or shop, parks in place, locks solid and stays there until the next repositioning. The brown wooden finish suits café and restaurant aesthetics — it doesn't read as a bare kitchen unit, it reads as part of the customer experience.
The illumination is the magic: food under warm light sells better than food under shop fluorescents. Combined with the dual-temperature design (hot on top, cold below), you can run a complete salad-and-hot-box service in one piece of equipment that draws the eye and the wallet.
