Why this food warmer earns its place
The Moffat Focus FTG3 is the workhorse for small front-of-house spaces. Just over a metre wide, it holds three full-size gastronorm panels side by side—sausage rolls on one, quiche on the second, bread on the third. Temperature holds automatically at 70–90°C, keeping everything in the food-safe zone and looking fresh from open to close.
What sets it apart is the thoughtful design. Toughened-glass Thermopanel elements heat evenly across the whole surface, not just underneath—so the back shelf holds temperature just as well as the front. The quartz gantry at the top adds radiant heat and illumination, so your hot food looks appetising and glowing, not pale under fluorescent light. The Perspex sneeze screen sits in front without blocking the view, ticking the health-and-safety box while keeping food visible.
It's compact, so it sits easily on a counter or a shelf unit. At 18kg, one person can position it. Plug it into a standard 13 amp socket, and you're ready to service—1000W is enough for reliable heating without running a heavy power circuit. The whole unit is polished stainless steel, which wipes clean in seconds.
