Why this food warmer earns its place
The Glo-Ray 54 is designed for counters that are deep but need a linear heat source—think a long chippy counter, a bakery service line, or a café where you've got plates and items stretched along the pass. At 1,372 mm wide and only 152 mm deep, it stretches across the display without eating much counter depth. The 64 mm height keeps it low-profile so the display stays visible behind it.
The radiant-lamp design is the same as the smaller Glo-Rays: gentle warmth from above that holds food at +55 to +77 °C without overdrying or losing colour. Aluminium frame, silver finish, C-leg stand for stability. At 5.5 kg it's light enough to reposition if you reconfigure the counter setup. Runs on 240V, 1,250W—standard kitchen socket, no special wiring.
This is the right warmer when you need coverage across a long stretch of display space but you're working with limited depth. The extended width means you can warm chips, pies, baked goods and hot snacks all along the counter in one continuous strip. It's not about volume under a single point; it's about keeping a whole line warm and visible.
