The Glo-Max is Hatco's answer to food display in fast-moving environments. It holds six food pans across three adjustable shelves, giving you flexible merchandising for everything from pastries to prepared items. The case is compact enough to fit on a standard counter—760 mm wide and 570 mm deep—but tall enough (465 mm) to draw customer eyes.
What sets this case apart is the water pan included in the build. It sits inside and maintains humidity around delicate items, preventing the drying out that kills margins on pastries, bread and wrapped foods. That means longer holding times before quality drops, and items that still look and taste good at the end of service. The shelves adjust, so you can scale spacing to suit your stock—baguettes one week, boxed cakes the next.
It runs on a standard 240V plug at just 730 W, which is surprisingly efficient for a multi-shelf cabinet. The stainless interior and glass doors make it easy to keep clean and keep stock visible. Two-year parts and labour warranty gives you peace of mind.
