Why this heated countertop display earns its place
The HDC1 makes sense on smaller counters. At 773 mm wide and only 18 kg, it fits cafe and bakery installations where space is tight. The curved front glass wraps your product in visibility without the bulk — customers see what you've got straight away, and the gentle curve looks more handmade than industrial.
You load from the rear with the sliding doors, and the four GN1/3 pans (40 mm deep) slot straight in — a standard size, so you can prep your stock in house and move it straight to the display. The thermostat holds your set temperature across all four pans, and at 25 dB it's nearly silent. That matters when you're standing behind it all shift.
The stainless steel base is easy to wipe down, and the glass comes out for a full clean. The 500 W heater is efficient — it won't add much to your running costs — and it works on a standard 13 amp supply. This is the display for the cafe owner who wants visible hot food without the footprint or the noise.
