Why this heated countertop display earns its place
This is a working display unit, not holding furniture. The 140-litre capacity runs warm at 60–90°C, sliding doors mean customers can reach in themselves or you control the flow, and it fits into a 1100mm counter cutout. Built to sit flush in your line, not sit on top.
The temperature range matters: you're holding food visible to customers, not just keeping plates warm in a back kitchen. At +60–90°C, you're in the range where food stays safe for service (UK hot-holding guidance is 63°C minimum for customer-facing displays). The 1kW power means it heats efficiently without spiking your utility bill—standard commercial 230V, 50Hz.
Sliding doors give you two options: leave them open for self-service (bakery, takeaway) or control when customers can reach. Either way, the food stays visible and at holding temperature. The 700mm depth and 850mm height put it at natural counter height—eye level for customer browsing, comfortable for staff restocking.
