Why this heated display earns its place
The Buffalo HW921 is built for hot food that needs to sell on sight. It gives service stations, cafes, hotels, canteens and convenience stores a neat countertop display for hot snacks, using all-round glass and internal lighting to keep the offer visible from the customer side.
This is the hinged-door version of Buffalo's self-serve heated display. The front doors help retain heat inside the cabinet, which Buffalo links to lower running costs, and they also help protect the contents from outside contaminants between customer visits. For operators who want self-service access without leaving hot food fully exposed, that detail matters.
Inside, the HW921 has room for up to four half-size gastronorm trays, which are not supplied. Simple rear dial controls provide independent temperature regulation for each shelf, so different foods can be displayed across the cabinet at the holding temperature required. The manufacturer material states an adjustable controller range for each shelf.
