Why this heated display earns its place
The Buffalo HW927 gives smaller hot-food counters the same two-sided access idea as the larger Buffalo merchandiser, but in a more compact cabinet. It is built to show best-selling hot foods clearly while keeping them ready for service, using glass, internal illumination and all-round visibility to make the contents easy to browse.
Front and rear sliding doors make the cabinet flexible in real service. A customer-facing counter can allow front access while staff replenish from the rear, or an assisted-service setup can use whichever side best fits the workflow. That is useful in cafés, canteens and compact retail sites where the counter is busy but space is still limited.
The cabinet has three adjustable chrome-plated shelves, so operators can set the display around the food rather than working around a fixed interior. Buffalo also includes adjustable temperature control, giving staff a direct way to manage the holding heat for the products on sale.
