Why this heated display earns its place
The Buffalo HW928 is the larger option in this front-and-rear-door heated merchandiser style, made for operators who want hot food to sell from sight as much as from the menu. It gives hot snacks and ready-to-eat items a bright, visible cabinet position, with all-round visibility and internal illumination to keep the contents easy to see from the customer side.
The front and rear sliding doors are the key operational detail. In self-service, customers can reach the food from the front while staff replenish from behind. In assisted service, the same layout still helps because the cabinet can be worked from either side without turning the whole counter arrangement around. It is a useful format for busy counters where display, access and refill speed all matter.
Inside, three adjustable chrome-plated shelves allow the cabinet to be set up around the food being sold rather than forcing every item into one fixed shelf height. Buffalo also describes adjustable temperature control, so the operator can set the holding heat for the day’s range of hot products.
