Why this heated display earns its place
The Buffalo Countertop Display is built for visibility. Four-sided glass means customers see the food from every angle—the whole unit is a sales point, not a utility. The 868 mm width makes it a proper fixture on a bakery counter, a cafe service run or the front of a takeaway, and the internal lighting turns the display into a proper merchandising stage. Silver finish, solid footprint at 56 kg, built to stay put through a busy shift.
Capacity is real here: 160 litres means you're holding serious volume—pies and pasties by the tray, prepared salads, bakery items, pastries, anything that benefits from looking appealing and staying warm. The fixed chrome shelving is there to support the weight and keep the layout consistent; it's not adjustable, but it's set up to maximize the display space you have. The glass is four-sided, so even from behind the counter, customers see everything.
Temperature control runs from +30 to +90°C. That's a proper range—you're not locked into one setting. Chips need hotter than pizza, pizza hotter than salads, and this cabinet lets you dial in what works. The internal lighting is passive but effective; it runs when the unit is on and makes sure the food actually looks appetizing under the glass. Everything is electric, 230V plug-in, so you need a socket on your counter run.
