Why this banqueting trolley earns its place
The ScanBox Banquet Line ExP HF16 is made for the heavy end of banqueting: large pan runs, long corridors, back-of-house pressure and food that still has to arrive in good condition. ScanBox pitches it for both back and front of house, with a robust Scandinavian design and stainless steel components where daily handling takes the punishment.
The ExP construction is the core of the trolley. Precision-moulded PPE insulation and superior polyurethane insulation are used for temperature retention, and the manufacturer states that food can be kept at the right temperature even when the trolley is unplugged. At the front top, an intuitive temperature control display keeps adjustment visible and accessible, while adjustable ventilation gives staff a way to manage moisture as well as heat.
Inside, the HF16 is designed around serious GN capacity: up to 32 GN 1/1 pans or 16 GN 2/1 pans. Detachable U-shaped runners make handling safer and cleaning easier, and the smooth fully sealed inner cavity has no welds or rivets to trap debris.
