Why this height adjustable table earns its place
Most prep tables ask the kitchen to adjust to them. This one does the opposite. The GM993 is Parry's wide, mobile take on the height-adjustable table: a 304 stainless steel worktop measuring 1500mm across and 750mm deep, sat on an electric lift base that runs from 780mm up to a full 1280mm. Whoever's stood at it — someone breaking down a delivery, someone plating for two hours straight — can dial the surface to their own working height rather than hunching or reaching all shift.
It's built as a proper stainless workstation first. 304-grade steel across the top and frame means it takes knocks, hot pans and a hard scrub-down without flinching, and the silver finish reads as exactly what it is: serious kitchen equipment, not a compromise. There's no undershelf cluttering the space beneath — just clear floor, which matters if you're wheeling trays or a bin underneath during service.
Because it's fully assembled and sits on castors, it arrives ready to work and moves as easily as it adjusts. Push it to the goods-in bay for an hour, then back to the pass — the table follows the workflow instead of fixing the workflow to one spot in the room. And because it's electric rather than a manual crank or pin-adjust, changing height between users or tasks takes seconds, not a wrestling match.
