Why this prep table earns its place
This is the workhorse prep table — the kind that sits in a commercial kitchen and earns its space every single shift. The polished stainless steel top (800×600mm) is big enough for your prep station but compact enough to fit against a wall or beside existing equipment without dominating the room. It's genuinely easy to clean: no seams to trap food, no crevices where bacteria hide. Hot water and a cloth leave it spotless.
The flat-pack design means you can assemble it on-site without special tools or a fitter. All legs are adjustable, so you can level the table on uneven kitchen floors — common in older premises or kitchens that have shifted over years. The 900mm height puts your work surface at a comfortable working height for prep and plating.
The undershelf is optional but popular. The galvanised steel version sits just below the main surface and gives you somewhere to store small equipment, ingredient tubs, or draining trays without taking up floor space. If you need the room below the table clear (for a bin, for cables, for flexibility), you simply don't fit it. Adjustable feet sit flat underneath, so the table feels stable whether you use the undershelf or not.
