Why this service trolley earns its place
This is the workhorse of front-of-house service. Built from sturdy polypropylene with a reinforced frame, it's designed to handle hundreds of journeys between dining room and kitchen without wear or complaint. At 130 kg capacity and just 16 kg itself, it has a real payload-to-weight ratio — you can load it heavy and move it easily.
The frame is tough without being bulky. The black finish hides the dirt that's inevitable in service, and the polypropylene shell resists the knocks and scrapes of restaurant work. At 980 mm high and 1070 mm wide, it's large enough for genuine loads — a full tier of plates, linen, glassware — without being so wide you can't navigate a standard service corridor.
The design is purpose-built for flexibility. If you run standard front-of-house service with plates and glasses, you use it as-is. If you need it for refuse collection or clearing silverware, you can bolt on a refuse container (J691) or cutlery bin (J702), both sold separately. This modularity means one trolley frame can cover multiple jobs depending on what you need on any given day.
