Why this patio heater earns its place
An outdoor space only earns its keep for the trade if guests can actually sit outside once the evening cools off, and that's the entire job of the Capri. The Lifestyle Capri stands 2250mm tall on an 815mm diameter cylindrical steel base, with a hinged door built into that base giving easy access to a storage compartment for the gas bottle — so the whole unit, fuel included, stays self-contained rather than needing a bottle stashed somewhere nearby.
Safety is built into the design rather than added as an afterthought. A Flame Failure Device cuts the gas supply if oxygen levels run low or if the heater is knocked over, and a Tilt Switch works alongside it to shut things down if the cabinet tips — both worth having on any heater standing out in a beer garden or terrace where it can get knocked or crowded.
Heat comes from a double emitter, built to keep performing across a full evening service rather than tailing off after an hour. Wheels under the base make it possible to move the heater to wherever the covers are that night, or in out of the weather when it's not needed, and at a gross weight of 14.5kg it's manageable for staff to reposition without needing two people.
