Why this kitchen canopie earns its place
An extraction canopy only earns its place over a cookline if it actually clears the kitchen, and the Titan TT2475IF is built to do exactly that. Stainless steel throughout, it houses an internal fan that pulls gases, fumes, heat and grease away from the appliances beneath it, drawing that hot, greasy air up and out rather than letting it settle back over the pass.
At 2400mm wide and 1200mm deep, it's sized to sit over a serious run of equipment — rated for appliances up to 900mm deep, so it's built with room to spare over a full cookline rather than squeezing to fit. A height of 750mm keeps it clear of the equipment below while still capturing what rises off it, and the top cut-out is sized for 350mm ducting, so it connects straight into a standard extraction run without an adaptor plate.
Because the fan is built into the canopy itself, it's pulling air the moment it's wired in and switched on — there's no separate inline fan to source, size and fit into the ductwork. That internal fan is also what gets you uniform airflow across the width of the canopy, rather than the hot spots and dead zones you get from a canopy that's relying on suction pulled from a distant plant room unit.
