Why this dehydrators sheet earns its place
The 360mm ParaFlexx sheet gives you full-size tray coverage with a Teflon-reinforced non-stick surface. At 360×360mm it fits standard Excalibur commercial tray dimensions and lets delicate items—fruit leathers, leather-thin herbs, sticky purées—dry without sticking or tearing. Non-stick is the difference between a finished product that comes away whole and one shredded on mesh.
Because it's Teflon-reinforced fibre, not plastic or thin coating, it survives repeated use and commercial-strength cleaning. You can wipe it down or wash it between batches without worrying about the non-stick wearing away in weeks. The full 360×360mm size means less waste per batch and fewer sheet changes when you're running large volumes.
Stock a few spares if you're doing seasonal high-volume work: fruit drying, jerky production, or herb leather work. At just 0.035 kg the sheet is light enough to swap in seconds, and the 1 year commercial warranty protects against defects in the non-stick coating.
