Why this dehydrators sheet earns its place
The Excalibur ParaFlexx sheet is a consumable replacement for standard dehydrator trays, built from Teflon-reinforced fibre that outlasts basic mesh and won't stick to delicate items like fruit leather, leather-thin herbs, or sticky fruit purées. At 280mm square, it fits standard Excalibur trays and lets you run mixed loads—some items on ParaFlexx for non-stick work, others on regular screens for airflow.
The non-stick surface means less waste and faster cleanup: delicate batches that would shred or tear on mesh come off whole, and the sheet wipes down rather than needing scrubbing. Teflon-reinforced fibre is durable enough for repeated use and commercial-strength cleaning, so you're not replacing it after every shift.
Stock a few spares if you're doing a lot of leather-work, jerky, or anything that sticks. At 280×280mm (roughly 0.08 kg per sheet) it's light enough to swap in seconds between batches. The 1 year commercial warranty covers normal use; if the non-stick coating fails before then, that's a fault.
