The BLIZZARD Single Contact Grill BRSCG1 is a straightforward countertop contact grill built for fast service work. Stainless steel construction, cast iron plates and counter balanced top plates give it a solid feel, while the manual thermostat keeps the controls direct and familiar.
This model has a ribbed top plate and a smooth bottom plate, which makes it suitable for hot sandwiches, panini and other pressed items where you want clear contact from above without an overly aggressive base pattern. LED indication lights show when the unit is working, and the temperature range runs from +50 to +300 °C.
At 310 mm wide, 395 mm deep and 210 mm high, the BRSCG1 takes up a modest footprint, and its 16 kg gross weight keeps it manageable on the counter.
