This single model uses the same compression adjustment design to help with different bread types and bun sizes, and the variable-speed motor can be tuned for the pace of service. The manufacturer states toasting speeds of up to 3,000 buns an hour on CTD models, with toast times adjustable from 6 to 40 seconds.
