The toaster’s extra wide 36 mm slots are designed to take larger items, including thick sandwiches, bagels and buns. The Peek and Pop function lets you check toast for browning without stopping the heating cycle, so you can keep an eye on colour without interrupting the slot.
It also includes defrost and cancel settings, plus a bagel button that warms one side and toasts the other. Dualit says the toaster has a higher wattage than usual, which helps it toast faster with accurate browning control, and the stainless-steel body is robust and easy to clean.
