Why this veg prep machine earns its place
The RG-350 is designed for large-scale production, with two different feeder options: a manual feeder ergo loop and a feed hopper. That gives the operator flexibility when moving between different ingredients and prep styles.
The manufacturer states output of 1,200 portions per day, 12 to 30 kg per minute and a duty cycle of 5.4 tonnes per day. It can slice, dice, shred, grate, cut julienne and French fries, and also handle waffle cuts, fruit, dry bread, cheese, nuts and mushrooms.
It is built with robust all-aluminium construction and a user-friendly ergonomic design. The machine is easy to clean, the cutting tools are dishwasher safe and the direct drive design removes intermediate connections for reliability. The large full moon feed cylinder can take items whole, while the feed hopper attachment doubles the capacity for round products such as potatoes and onions.
