Why this countertop mixer earns its place
The Sirman Hercules 10 is the smaller sibling in the spiral mixer range, without any of the compromise. It carries the same lifting-head design and safety-guarded spiral hook as the larger model, just scaled for kitchens where counter space or volume needs are tighter. The 12-litre stainless steel bowl handles around two and a half 500g loaves, or equivalent volumes of pastry, pizza dough, or lighter mixes — enough for a neighbourhood café, a small pizza operation, or the prep section of a hotel kitchen running multiple service types.
The electrical footprint is small enough to matter: 370W on a standard 208–240V supply means it shares a circuit without anxiety, useful in older kitchens where panel space is precious. The lifting head still lets you load and unload without bending over a fixed bowl, and the lid still opens mid-mix for ingredient adjustment or hydration correction. Stainless steel construction keeps the weight down to 44 kg, so it's genuinely portable if you need to shift it for deep-clean or reorganisation.
The forged spiral hook and dough divider are included, so you move straight into production without hunting for attachments. The micro-switch safety guard carries over from the larger model — the bowl stops instantly if the guard is opened, keeping your hands safe in a busy kitchen where multiple people might be working nearby.
