Why this salamander grill earns its place
The Giorik Hi Touch ST30 is the compact sibling to the ST40, built for smaller pass operations, prep kitchens and takeaways where floor space is tight but finishing control can't be compromised. The rise-and-fall element still gives you precise distance from radiant heat to plate—dial close for aggressive browning, raise it for gentle colour on delicate work.
Like the full-size Hi Touch, it runs three operating modes. Cook mode uses a timer: select your heat level and duration, plate goes under the element, and you collect it when the timer sounds. Hold mode maintains temperatures between 40 and 70°C across eight settings—ideal for staging plates through a busy service without drying or overcooking them. Programme mode stores three recipes (P1, P2, P3) in memory, each combining a cook phase and a hold phase. Load your standard recipes, and every plate gets finished the same way: consistency across shifts, consistency across staff.
Three-phase electric power means instantaneous heat response—no gas lag, no thermostat hunting. At 570 mm wide and 69 kg, the ST30 fits into confined passes, counter corners, or satellite prep stations. Installation is straightforward once three-phase power is confirmed on-site.
Check the narrowest clear opening, then every corner, landing, step and lift from the kerb to the room.
Stated machine geometry while kept upright. Allow handling room and confirm the complete route.
