Why this countertop chargrill earns its place
Built for meat, fish and poultry, this countertop chargrill gives you the heat output and cooking control needed for fast service. The four individually controlled natural gas burners create a searing hot grate heat, while the cast iron radiants provide even, thorough chargrilling.
The slanted cooking surface gives you a selection of cooking temperatures, and excess grease can travel into the removable grease gutter and drip pan. That makes it easier to keep the unit working cleanly during a busy shift.
Heavy-duty cast iron top grates help produce char-broiler markings, and the insulated cooktop is designed to lower energy costs. At 610 mm wide, 797 mm deep and 286 mm high, it is a compact countertop unit with a stainless steel build, silver finish and 118 kg gross weight.
