Why this gas griddle earns its place
The BASE 600 GAS FRY TOP 7178.0030 gives you a full 600 mm width in the same 600 mm-deep, 300 mm-high format as the rest of the range. That makes it an easy fit where you want a broader gas hot surface without changing the line profile.
With a 50 kg gross weight, it is a solid commercial unit that is built to feel like part of the cooking run, not a lightweight extra. That is useful information when you are planning the install and the final position in the kitchen.
The spec here is clean and to the point: gas fuel type, 600 mm width, 600 mm depth, 300 mm height and a 50 kg gross weight. For a buyer comparing BASE 600 options, that is enough to judge fit quickly.
