Why this griddle earns its place
The Blue Seal Evolution Cooktop with six open burners and integrated griddle is the workhorse configuration of the Evolution range. Six independent burners give you genuine flexibility: four saucepans on rapid boil, two heavy stockpots, or any combination. The 300 mm flat griddle runs in parallel, so you're not choosing between griddle work and pan work—you're doing both at once. At 1200 mm wide, it's compact enough to fit confined spaces without compromising thermal output.
The Evolution series design philosophy is practical: improved streamlining creates a continuous workspace when units line up, and the 812 mm depth is specifically engineered for kitchens squeezed for floor space. All-silver finish, mounted on a robust stand at 1085 mm working height. The LPG fuel option makes this ideal for locations without mains gas—rural sites, marquees, or kitchens where bottled gas is already the standard supply.
At 48 kW thermal input, this is proper cooking firepower. LPG burns slightly hotter than natural gas (same appliance would be 40 kW on mains), so you get marginally faster recovery on the griddle and quicker boil-up on pans. The 2-year parts-and-labour warranty covers the entire unit; optional one-year extension available from installation.
