Why this griddle earns its place
This Lincat Silverlink 600 griddle is built around a machined steel, hard chrome plated cooking surface with two heat zones controlled thermostatically and independently. The 900 mm width gives you a generous working area, while the 620 mm depth and 330 mm height keep the footprint predictable on the line.
The manufacturer says the design reduces heat radiated out to the work area, which helps reduce the power required in use. A removable fat drainer drawer makes it easier to clean between services, and the unit can be suited with other Silverlink 600 items.
Performance is set out clearly in the spec: it runs on 230V or 400V three phase power, takes 8600 W, and works across a +50 to +300 °C range. With a 60.9 kg gross weight and 2-year parts and labour warranty, it is a serious commercial griddle for regular service.
