Why this griddle earns its place
The GS6/TR is a heavy duty half ribbed steel plated griddle with machined steel covered dual heat zones controlled thermostatically and independently. That gives you a practical split surface for cooking different foods at different intensities without stepping away from the plate.
It is a countertop unit with an external size of 330 x 600 x 620 mm and a gross weight of 40 kg. The power details are also flexible on paper, with 230V or 400V listed and a 4000W rated input, while the unit itself is specified as single phase.
Lincat also fits a removable fat drainer drawer, which makes clearing down after service easier. With output rated at 130 burgers and 110 steaks per hour, it is built for steady throughput rather than occasional use.
