Small and smooth. The Fagor FT-E905 L is a working griddle where space is tight: 400 mm of flat steel, 7.25 kW, built to cook scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and anything that needs not to stick. The smooth 20 mm mild steel plate is easy to work — eggs slide, nothing fights you. Push-button start, stainless steel housing, three-phase 400V.
It heats and recovers in the same timeframe as the bigger griddles — 20 minutes to service temperature, under 3 minutes between batches. At 75 kg and 400 mm wide, it fits where a full 800 mm griddle won't. The waste collection drawer sits underneath for easy emptying mid-service. Countertop-safe on reinforced surfaces.
