Why this griddle earns its place
The Buffalo CU475 is a three phase electric griddle built for busy breakfast, lunch and dinner service. It gives you a 600mm wide cooking surface with two separate zones, so you can manage different tasks at the same time without giving up space on the line.
Its 10mm thick mild steel plate and 4.5kW output are designed to get heat moving quickly across the cooking surface. The separate dial controls let you regulate each side individually, which means you can keep food warm on one zone while cooking on the other, or power down one side during quieter periods to help reduce running costs.
The griddle is built from strong stainless steel with fully welded plates, so it is made to cope with regular service and still be straightforward to clean. A large capacity fat collection drawer makes it easier to remove food debris, while splash guards to the side and rear help keep nearby surfaces cleaner.
