Why this potato oven earns its place
Hand-built from stainless steel panels and solid cast doors, the Large Potato Baker is a workhorse that sits in any professional kitchen without looking out of place. Load the main chamber, and 60 jacket potatoes are ready in approximately one hour. While they cook, the integrated top display area—complete with illumination so customers can see what's ready—holds another 50 hot potatoes, giving you continuous availability without the pressure to batch-cook everything at once.
The stainless steel construction matters when kitchen hygiene and durability are non-negotiable. The interior is also stainless, which means the oven cleans properly and won't corrode under daily service. It's a convection oven with real versatility: once you've mastered jacket potatoes, the temperature range up to 250 °C opens up pies, pastries, pizzas, and any baked goods you'd cook in a standard commercial oven.
At 230–240 V single-phase supply and 55 kg, it's a compact unit designed to drop into standard kitchen arrangements. It measures just 810 mm tall and 520 mm wide, so it won't dominate counter space while it delivers serious throughput. One-year warranty covers materials and manufacture.
